Shipping

We offer free shipping in the U.S. for all our retail sales and fast, tracked shipping for all wholesale orders.

International shipping is a little more complicated, but we can generally guarantee reliable shipping. international shipping is only a per-order charge, so buy more items and pay less. If you are worried about shipping to where you live, reach out.

Returns

We guarantee our keychain charms against breaking due to normal wear and tear. This does not cover the chains at this time. if you can provide photo proof of your damaged key-charm, we will send you a new one for free, limit once per purchase

If you keychain was part of limited run, we may offer an alternative replacement. If we suspect your keychain was defective for some reason, we may request that you ship it back to us on our dime, so we can investigate the cause.

Exchanges

Verified retailers are able to exchange up to half of their purchased merchandise for new product in the form of store credit. We understand that trends change and we don’t want to leave you hanging. If you can’t sell it and we cant sell it, we will responsibly recycle it into something goofy, maybe big building blocks or a vase or something
